With over a decade of experience, Joshua made a name for himself as a top-producing agent in Pierce County, Washington.
Over the years, Joshua with his team, The PNW Team, accomplished many things such as numerous awards and accolades in sales volume. In 2022, Joshua received the South Sound’s 40-under-40 award for his achievements.
Since Joshua started his real estate team and began recruiting new agents he discovered that many of them have the drive and the passion to serve home buyers and sellers. However, they lack the resources, tools, leadership, and mentorship to navigate through a difficult market.
To solve this problem, Joshua along with members of his team created Timber Real Estate. A brokerage that can be a home for real estate agents looking to elevate and foster a healthier business.
